A Nexa Showroom was Designed by the Uttkarsh Consultant team. The building was a G+3 structure with a basement and it was proposed that the cars will be parked on above floors as well the challenge here was that the beam depth was required to be limited till a certain depth and no column could be added in the mid-span.
